Administration > Registry Messages Page

Registry Managers can create and edit messages that can be sent to Registrants via e-mail or the Registrant Portal using the Administration > Registry Messages page as follows:

  1. Choose from the following filter criteria:

    1. To filter by words included in either the Title or Subject of the message, enter the text in the Filter by Key Words box.
    2. To filter by the status of the message, choose one of the options in the Filter By Status box.
    3. To filter by the message type, choose one of the options in the Filter by Type box.
    4. To filter for messages available for users who have been assigned the Advanced User role, select the Available to Advanced Users checkbox.
    5. To filter for messages created by an Advanced User, select the Created by Advanced Users checkbox.
  2. Click the Filter button.

    The Administration > Registry Flags page displays those Registry Flags that match your filter criteria.

ClosedCreate New Message

Click the Add New Message Template button.

ClosedEdit Existing Messages

In the Manage Registry Messages section, click the Edit link that corresponds to the message that you want to edit.

Note: -_Select the Include Message Templates Created by Advanced Users to display these types of messages in the list.
